SGF/IRMA Certificate: Voluntary Control System

Sure Global Fair, or SGF, is one of the most important food control institutions in Europe. Through the voluntary Control System, raw material suppliers for European food industries are audited once or more times per year through independent inspectors, who analyze hygienic conditions, and also the production process of these suppliers. Once approved, IRMA member may use the Letterhead and Logo of this institution on their documentation.

SGS: HACCP Certificates - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points

SGS is one of the leading companies in inspection, verification, tests and certifications. With a known expertise also in the food chain industries, SGS audits the companies on an yearly basis in order to issue the HACCP Certificate, which represents that the supplier follows the internationally accepted and documented system of the Codex Alimentarius, responsible for defining the requisites for an efficient control on food safety.

Kosher Certificate

This document certifies that the process and ingredients used in the manufacturing of a given food product follows the norms and rules of the Orthodox Jews law. An Orthodox Rabin visits the factory on an yearly basis to certify that the rules for issuing the certificate are being followed
